Cancellation conditions
Sometimes plans change. In such cases, the following regulations apply in the event of a short-term cancellation in writing:

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 (1) item 10 of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG) does not apply. Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract may be terminated for objectively justified reasons – unless otherwise agreed – by unilateral declaration. In addition, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply.
