Bei einer kurzfristigen, schriftlichen Cancellation gelten folgende Cancellation fees.
Legal basis
Right of withdrawal & accommodation contract
The right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply. Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract may be terminated by unilateral declaration for objectively justified reasons, unless otherwise agreed.

For peace of mind
Travel insurance
Hotel cancellation insurance can protect you from additional costs if you are unable to start your trip due to illness or accident, or if you have to end your stay early.
When booking through our website, you will automatically be given the option to take out travel insurance.

From 90 days before arrival: 40%; from 30 days before arrival: 70%; and from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply to accommodation contracts.
